CISSDM generates over half a million support cases a year from 45,000 SD-WAN assets under our management that is remediated by our redundant Advanced Support Centers spanning over 25,000 square feet in California and Idaho.
CISSDM Field Services offers one of the most extensive field services footprint throughout North America by industry-leading 42,000 Field Service Technicians. CISSDM’s dedicated dispatch team, now located in Boise, ID, has scheduled and completed over 200,000 onsite installations and repairs since 2008. CISSDM’s field service engineers create customized, project-based Statements of Work to standardize even the most complex staging, structured cabling, or hardware installation projects. All staging and deployment projects are deployed from CISSDM’s 10,000 square foot PCI/HIPAA/SOC2 compliant staging facility located in San Clemente, California. CISSDM’s ITIL-certified Engagement Managers ensure all dispatch requests are quickly fulfilled, project timelines are met, and field service technicians arrive on-time to properly complete installation tasks at hand.

President & Co-Founder
Matt Miller is the president and co-founder of CISSDM, and he is always laser-focused on building partner and customer relationships. He has deep relationships with enterprise customers and partners, and he truly cares about executing on what he promises. Matt provides executive leadership and vision for business development for CISSDM.
Prior to forming CISSDM, Matt was with AuBeta Networks for eight years as VP of Sales. Matt grew AuBeta Networks from a regional network service provider into a national service provider, servicing some of the nation’s largest retail and restaurant enterprises. Matt attended the University of Montana, majoring in business administration.
CTO & Co-Founder
Nate McNair wears multiple hats at CISSDM, and he has a vision on the forefront of where technology will take us. He can always meet custom and unique requests because he has the technical expertise with multiple technology sets that enables him to do the work and make it easier for his customers.
Before CISSDM, Nate was the Director of Sales Engineering at AuBeta Networks. He was involved in designing wide area network solutions and headed core infrastructure design and build-out for hundreds of clients with thousands of end points. Prior to AuBeta, Nate also worked at ClearPath Networks, Exario Networks, and InternetConnect in similar roles. He is passionate about technology and is always investigating what is next. Nate attended UCLA with a major in mechanical engineering.
Our Management Team
Josh Robbins is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor who has experienced success building, operating and selling technology companies. Mr. Robbins is the CEO of SimpleVoIP, a cloud-based VoIP telecommunications provider specializing in highly available and scalable service for distributed enterprises.
Previously, Josh Robbins founded, built and sold a cloud-based enterprise VoIP (voice over IP) company providing a managed telephony solution in over 45 US states. In 2010, Mr. Robbins merged Geckotech with M5 Networks in New York and then sold to ShoreTel, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHOR) in 2012.
His career includes consulting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lante Corporation and Nortel Networks. Robbins also served as a forensic consultant and was deposed for eDiscovery and cybercrime cases and is a published author of 3 technology books.
Josh earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. He serves on the School of Computer Studies Advisory Board at Robert Morris University in Chicago, where he is also an Adjunct Professor.
Vice President of Sales, CISSDM & SimpleVoIP
Rob Bloedorn is responsible for enabling the CISSDM sales organization by managing the sales team and funnel, employing new sales and marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and vendors. He has made big wins for CISSDM, such as an SD-WAN deployment for a retailer with over a thousand sites throughout the USA and Canada, one of many great wins.
Rob manages the CISSDM sales team from Minneapolis, MN, where he can be close to some of CISSDM’s strategic partners. He is instrumental in developing the sales team to a channel-driven organization. Prior to CISSDM, Rob owned and operated Engineering Solutions in Minnesota, which he grew to over $12 million in annual sales before the company was sold.
VP of Operations
John directs the 24-hour Technical Assistance Center in Boise and the Advanced Support Center and Shipping Facility in San Clemente for CISSDM. He streamlines the troubleshooting and escalation processes for the team, ensures that his team members have access to training and promotions, and strategically steers the support and field services team to offer the best customer service and SLA as possible.
John has over a decade of experience in steering network support operations for internet service providers and consumers, which includes Verizon Wireless Corporate, Netifice Communications, and Epoch Networks. John is passionate about maintaining support consistency across emerging and legacy technologies for deployments of up to over ten thousand end points.
John has a BA in liberal studies from California State Polytechnic Pomona, an MA in political science from CSUF, and a JD from Washington College of Law at American University
Director Client Services
David focuses on developing the best team of engagement managers who are experts at project management, risk management, and telecom and SD-WAN installations. He has been with CISSDM for a decade, developing CISSDM’s engagement managers unique role, which provides CISSDM competitive advantage. Engagement managers are combination of project managers and account managers.
Before CISSDM, David worked with Matt and Nate at AuBeta Networks and developed and established the project and account management teams there. David attended Seattle University, majoring in Forensic Science with a minor in Biology.
Director of IT & Software Development
Parvin provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment through the company. He leads the on-going development of our CISSDM software initiative that separates us from the competition.
Brian has 13 years of experience working in regulated environments like FDA, PCI, HIPPA and SOC. He has over 17 years of experience in the Information Technology field and received his degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from University of California Irvine.
David Lin has over 20 years of experience in accounting. He audits the company financials, streamlines processes, and develops CISSDM’s accounting department, helping to strategically prepare the company rapid growth.
Lin came from 10 years at UnitedHealthGroup where he has had a number of leadership roles. He was also at OptumRX, a division of UnitedHealth Group, which is one of the top 10 of Fortune 500 companies. David graduated from University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Economics before starting his career in public accounting and earning his CPA.
Technical Assistance Center Manager
Allan oversees CISSDM’s Technical Assistance Center in San Clemente, CA. He has worn multiple hats at CISSDM and has been with the company for a decade. He now focuses on developing and managing his TAC team. Amongst his responsbilities are staffing, onboarding, and training of his staff.
Allan’s background is from D-Link Systems, starting as a Tech Support agent and ending as a Network Engineer. He is ITIL-certified and went to a vocational school for Computer and Networking.
Technical Assistance Center Manager, Boise
Based in Boise, Zack heads CISSDM’s 24/7 facility. He plays a vital role in managing the Technical Assistance Center there, and he manages everyone from the Transport Team to the Advanced Technologies team. Zack has 15 years of experience in IT and Help Desk, and he currently is ITIL certified.
He began his career as a Tier 1 agent and understands the needs and psychology of the roles. He runs his team through trust, transparency, patience, and he always advocates for his team members’ successes.
Technical Assistance Center Escalations Manager
Chris Viduya is CISSDM’s Esclation Manager for the Technical Assistance Center. His role is vital in quickly remediating issues for our end-user customers, and his team provides support from Pilot to 24/7 Monitoring and management. He trains his team and grows them from within, starting from the Transport Team to the Edge Team, and finally the Advanced Technologies team.
Chris is passionate about support; he has been with CISSDM for six years starting at the Tier 1 level and has grown his way into this management position. He loves to fix things and has a background in mechanics.
Anthony leads the team of SD-WAN and network engineers at CISSDM. He is responsible for ensuring that the engineers are up to date with the latest and greatest technologies from all of CISSDM’s SD-WAN partners like VMWare SD-WAN by Velocloud, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Silverpeak, and Cloudgenix.
Anthony has been with CISSDM for 5 years and has certifications with Cisco and Juniper. He began his work in IT doing web design and has also worked at various data centers as a sysadmin, along with working at Myspace when it was still cool.
Christine Tran is n Digital Marketing Professional, passionate about telling the unique story of companies through their branding. Christine wears multiple hats and has experience in entrepreneurship, operations, business development, and leadership. She handles content creation, trade shows and events, public relations, rebranding efforts, and develops the partner experience journey for CISSDM.
Christine has held roles such as Marketing and Operations Manager at a managed service provider in Southern California. She has co-founded and developed e-commerce and social media marketing for an aquarium store for five years prior to entering the tech industry. She has managed trade show marketing and organized booths for over 25 trade shows since 2012.
In her spare time, Christine volunteers her marketing skills to Forge54, a non-profit organization that hosts a 54-hour marketing “hackathon,” developing business plans for other non-profits. She also donates her skills to the Vietnamese Arts and Letters Association (VAALA). She has directed their art program for the youth, Illuminated Recipes, and Christine has been recognized by Congressman Harley Rouda for her efforts and community work.
Desirae Weber plays a vital role in maintaining Human Resources and culture at CISSDM. She found her passion for setting up people for success and HR during her enlistment in the Marine Corps with a role as an Admin Specialist. Her duty station assignment was to Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C., also known as “8th & I.”
Before CISSDM, Weber worked for a non-profit called Big Brother Big Sister Organization. She has a BA in Human Resource Development from Hawaii Pacific University as well as a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from USC.
Desirae continuously lives up to the Marine Corps’ core values of honor, courage and commitment and takes all she learned and experienced in the military to the civilian workforce.
Booking Manager,Field Services
Josh oversees CISSDM’s Field Services Booking team, managing job requests, multiple vendors, and customer relations. He ensures that technicians are being assigned and dispatched on-site to the customer location. His role is vital to the deployment of on-site installations for CISSDM customers.
Bosen has been with CISSDM for over three years.
